While we strive to make expressor the easiest and most intuitive data integration software on the market, specific application requirements can still present challenges. To help our download users and customers overcome these challenges, expressor offers comprehensive on-line Community Support as well as annual Support Subscription services. expressor Support will assist you with unexpected issues encountered during installation or usage—and with specific issues related to your application and your expressor implementation.

As an expressor Support customer, you gain direct access to an expressor Senior Support Engineer, who can assist you in utilizing and optimizing expressor solutions to meet your specific data integration application needs.

Community Support

The expressor Community Edition includes both major and minor product updates and community forum support at www.expressorCommunity.com. You also have the option of purchasing expressor Support to take advantage of the valuable application and product support services provided with our support package.

Desktop and Standard Edition Support


As an expressor Desktop or Standard Edition customer, you automatically receive expressor Support as part of your subscription. expressor’s Support services go beyond most software support offerings on the market and are designed to meet your specific data integration application challenges.

Annual Support Subscription

expressor’s paid Support Subscription includes the following valuable services:

  • Application Support (10 cases up to 5 hours total with one of our in-house experts)
  • Server Administration Support (up to 3 hours, Standard Edition customers only)
  • Major and Minor Product Updates
  • Unlimited Incident Support (4 hour response time during normal support hours)
  • Email, Web, and Telephone Support (available between the hours of 9 - 5 ET)
