As a means to help new customers successfully implement an expressor application, an accelerated customer on boarding program, expresslane, has been devised. The expresslane program encompasses the following two consulting service offerings:

5-day 1st week expresslane consulting engagement designed to complement the start of their first expressor based project. This program will start immediately following the initial expressor product training course. During this engagement, an expressor consultant will:

• install expressor and configure the system for development, test, and production
• set-up the expressor repositor with users, roles, projects, and subject areas
• assist customer in populating the repositor with baseline terms and definitions
• assist customer with source and target schema definitions and processor runtime configuration
• assist with high level design of the application
• assist in prototyping and initial application development

This service offering is available for a flat fee of $5,000 plus T&E costs for the week.

Optional 5-day 2nd week expresslane consulting engagement that is customized for each expressor customer based on a statement of work (SOW).  As part of this week 2 expresslane offering, an expressor consultant will typically:

• continue to perform work on week 1 activities
• assist customer in the application development
• assist customer in the application testing and deployment
• assist customer in promoting their applications between development, test, and production
• assist in operational metadata reporting

The delivery of the week 2 expresslane services can take place at the customer site or remotely. This service offering is available for a flat fee of $5,000 plus T&E costs for the week.
