Bob PotterChief Executive Officer Earlier in his career, as SVP of Sales and Services at Object Design, he played a pivotal role in taking the company public in 1996. Bob also held senior management positions at ICAD and EDS Unigraphics. In addition to his role as CEO of expressor software, he also serves on the boards for Tailwind Strategies, Hamilton Thorne Biosciences, Thorne Diagnostics, and Active Endpoints. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island. John RussellChief Scientist Before co-founding expressor software, John was architect and senior implementation consultant for a number of large-scale, complex data warehousing and data integration projects for Ameritrade, British Telecom, Mutual of Omaha, Cabelas, Union Pacific, United Airlines, Alltel, and Verizon. Earlier in his career, he was a principal consultant for Knightsbridge Solutions, specializing in Telecoms and Consumer-Handling ETL. His experience also includes several years at InfoUSA, where he managed the development of the company’s proprietary database and ETL products. John attended the University of Nebraska, where he majored in Mathematics and Computer Science. Frank FallonVice President of Sales and Business Development Prior to joining BEA in 2002, Frank created and managed fast growing worldwide Financial Vertical teams at SeeBeyond and Tivoli Systems and established the Financial Vertical as the largest market segment for these firms. Earlier in his career, he spent several years in sales management at Sybase. Frank has a BA degree from Lafayette College of Easton, PA and an MBA in Finance from the Fordham Graduate School of Business of New York. Michael Waclawiczek, Ph.D.Vice President of Marketing Over 24 years, he has launched more than 20 major software products generating over $1B in total license revenue. During his career, Michael has held several executive and senior management positions at private and public companies including StreamBase Systems, Kalido, IONA Technologies, Riverton Software, Object Design, ICAD, and EDS Unigraphics. Prior to his corporate experience, Michael was Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Vienna, Austria, where he also received his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Mechanical Engineering. Steve FrechetteVice President of EngineeringSteve Frechette leads all product development efforts for expressor. Within his first nine months, he established the company’s engineering organization and processes and led expressor’s effort to develop and deliver the first release of the expressor semantic data integration system. Frechette has led all subsequent releases of the expressor product and plays a lead role in the product requirements process. With more than 19 years of engineering management, technical architecture, and software development experience, Frechette has a strong track record in engineering operations, product development from inception to deployment, engineering organization, and leadership. Melinda SmithChief Financial Officer Previously she served as director of finance at Aspen Technology (Nasdaq: AZPN), the leading provider of software and services to the processing industries. Melinda held several positions at AspenTech, most recently directing the company’s financial and billing operations and was responsible for the Sarbanes-Oxley program. Prior to AspenTech, she was chief financial officer at edocs, a leading provider of self- service, online billing and payment solutions. edocs was named the fastest growing software company in New England with five-year revenue growth of 977% and was sold to Siebel Systems, now part of Oracle, in 2005. Earlier in her career, she was VP of Finance at Gradient Technologies and earned her CPA while in public accounting at Price Waterhouse. Ms. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. |
