Bob Potter

Chief Executive Officer
Bob Potter is responsible for expressor software’s business strategy and operating results. He has spent 29 years in the enterprise software industry serving in senior leadership roles at organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to large public companies. Formerly, as CEO of Kalido, Bob established Kalido as the dominant player in adaptive data warehousing and master data management, growing it from $5M to $20M in less than three years. As EVP of Field Operations of enterprise integration company IONA, he led IONA’s growth to more than $180M in sales and a $2B market cap over a multi-year period.

Earlier in his career, as SVP of Sales and Services at Object Design, he played a pivotal role in taking the company public in 1996. Bob also held senior management positions at ICAD and EDS Unigraphics. In addition to his role as CEO of expressor software, he also serves on the boards for Tailwind Strategies, Hamilton Thorne Biosciences, Thorne Diagnostics, and Active Endpoints. He holds a BS degree in Marketing from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.

Dave Fachetti

Managing Director, Globespan Capital Partners
As a Managing Director of Globespan, Dave Fachetti sources new investment opportunities, evaluates and negotiates investments, and serves on the boards of portfolio companies. Based in Boston, he focuses on investments in software and Internet/infrastructure companies. He also leads Globespan's CIO Advisory Board, which he helped to establish. Prior to Globespan, Dave was a Principal of JAFCO Ventures, where he focused on enterprise software opportunities. In his most recent operating positions, Dave held leadership roles at then startup Family Education Network (FEN), first as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and then as Senior Vice President and General Manager of FEN's distributed content management software business. Instrumental in FEN's rapid growth, he helped to establish the company's industry-leading position, with more than 4 million monthly visitors and a national network of more than 10,000 schools.

Earlier in his career, Dave served as a Vice President and GM at Trans National Group (TNG), where he successfully ran and sold TNG's start-up Canadian credit card business to Bank of Montreal. During his tenure at TNG, Dave was a member of the founding team that developed businesses in the US, the UK, France, and Germany. Dave earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA with honors from Boston University. He is also a CPA.

John Mandile

Managing Director, Sigma Partners
John Mandile joined Sigma in 1996. With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, a business unit manager, and an investor, John uses motivation, enthusiasm, and his own technology and operational expertise to support Sigma's portfolio companies. Throughout his career, he has held executive management positions, created new business units and departments, and sponsored new projects at some of the industry's most successful technology companies.

Prior to Sigma, John was the President & CEO of Vermeer Technologies, Inc., the developers of the FrontPage web authoring tool. Microsoft’s acquisition of Vermeer provided Sigma and the other venture investors a very successful return. Previously, he was an early principal at SQL Solutions, where he created and led an engineering organization chartered to build heterogeneous database tools. Following an acquisition of SQL Solutions by Sybase, he took responsibility for the new Systems Management Product unit, which he grew to $55M in sales in 30 months. Early in his career, John was recruited to Honeywell, where he worked on a variety of engineering projects in the areas of communications, operating systems, and UNIX co-processor design. John is a graduate of Tufts (BSE in Engineering Science and Mathematics) and Worcester Polytechnic University (MS in Computer Science).

Justin Perreault

General Partner, Commonwealth Capital Ventures
Justin J. Perreault has more than 15 years of venture capital and operating experience in information technology industries. He has particular interest in and experience with enterprise application, infrastructure software, and software as a service business models. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Justin was COO and later CEO of Object Design, a publicly held software company. He was part of the senior team that helped to grow the company’s revenue from $20 million to $70 million, take the company public on NASDAQ, and become the leading company in its market segment.

Earlier, Justin was a vice president at Harvard Management Company, responsible for information technology venture investments, and a consultant with McKinsey & Co., Inc. Justin received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
